Unlike all other groups that can be found in The Movement/Internet, PAC has original source material that was assembled back in 1998. Our original, intellectual research is compiled into a textbook entitled The Red Amendment (TRA). This makes us unlike most others who tend to mix things from various sources which generally includes wrong, misleading, and tainted information. Accordingly, all levels of our targeted education are based on the foundational principles found in The Red Amendment. Levels of the PAC Groups Educational Program

The following Levels are intended to provide logical progression from initial interest in PAC to, and through, Correction of Nationality. Correction of Nationality involves not only changes in political status and status in law, but also changes in lifestyle and point of view. It provides Freedom, but it requires responsibility. It is therefore recommended that one progress through all Levels of Involvement acquiring knowledge of relevant law as well as a full understanding of the commitment required to obtain lawful nationality.
