It was stated by William Penn that "Those people not governed by God will be ruled by tyrants."

Penn was simply stating that if you do not have a law form that is above man, you will be ruled by man.

Under the supreme law of the land—the Constitution for the United States of America—the people of the states have always been of a secular order, i.e. under the rule of man. The members of the Coalition (PAC) understand that this controlling factor was centralized even more with the 14th Amendment.

In relation to such factors, the members of PAC (The PAC Community) understand that the Paramount Law is the Law of God: the Bible.* Living under such law form is the true key to liberty in America.

* Note, we are not saying to go to your local church and join-up as they are part of the problem.

PAC Groups consists of people that understand that the governments in place are not in political alignment with the Constitution for the United States of America. The people of this group understand that having lawful nationality—hence maintaining a de jure political status—is also the principal issue in regard to maintaining lawful standing under the original constitutional system.

The primary contributors of PAC Groups have spent countless hours going over political and legal issues in order to filter-out the mis/dis-information that other people espouse. As the foregoing is a major problem, this is the primary reason why PAC Groups does not allow public access.

Wherefore, as most people fall victim to the duplicity that the 14th Amendment creates (and therefore are victim of the courts), the issues of law that are covered by PAC Groups is limited to lawful standing under original constitutional principles.

It has been said that Ben Franklin stated at the signing of the Declaration of Independence
"We must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately."

Surely the above noted principle has not changed. As was stated above in the Why PAC Groups section, there are a plethora of ideas out there which are not in-line with proper applications of law. The Coalition has the experience of many people across the United States of America. Understand that standing alone without the benefit of others that have been properly taught would not be wise.

To cure the division issues, the Coalition has groups in each state (country) in the Union.
