Simply, there are two tenets that surround PAC: Constitutional Education and Political Awareness. The main issue being that, people of America need to understand that the constitutional system is not the same as it was prior to "Reconstruction" of 1868. This caused a major change in the way constitutional matters are seen and handled. A Dual System of Law  was created under the 14th Amendment. It is the goal of PAC to separate people from the political ties of Reconstruction and to have them operate under the rightful system of law.
